Short URLs

The Short URLs admin page manages shortened, click-tracked links. It's the same service documented in Distribution → Short URLs, surfaced here in the Admin hub for convenience.

What you can do​

  • See your links — each short slug with the target URL it points to.
  • Shorten a new URL — paste any target URL to mint a short link.
  • Copy a short link to the clipboard.
  • View click counts — how many times each link has been followed.
  • Remove links you no longer need.

Where short URLs are used​

  • SMS link sends generate a short URL automatically.
  • ADEPT web mode produces a short link for an agent to read out.
  • Manual shortening lets you create links for QR codes, print, or anywhere a tidy link helps.
