Executive view
The Executive view is an AI-generated, leadership-level summary of your whole survey portfolio — the headline metrics, trends, and themes a leader needs, in plain language rather than a wall of charts. It is designed for the "what should I know this week?" question.
Who can use it
- The
executivefeature flag must be on (system admin, Configure → Features). - You need the
executive.viewpermission, which the Manager and Analyst standard roles include. It is intentionally not available to the agent tier.
What you see
The view is a single page built from a deterministic snapshot of your data (volume, NPS/CSAT/CES, channel mix, top themes, detractor drivers) plus a short AI narrative that reads the snapshot and writes a concise summary you can scan in seconds. The snapshot is scoped to your survey access — a survey-scoped member only sees the surveys in their allow-list.
The snapshot is cached server-side for 12 hours to keep the page fast and the AI cost predictable. Use Refresh to recompute it on demand.
Ask a question
The Ask box lets you type a natural-language question about your data ("Why did NPS drop in the south region last month?", "Which agent improved most this quarter?"). The AI answers against the same scoped snapshot — it cannot see data outside your scope, and it degrades gracefully (a short deterministic answer) if the AI provider is unavailable.
Because Ask runs against the cached snapshot, Refresh first if you need it to consider the latest responses.
