Surveys overview
A survey in Davies CXsmart is a single, unified definition of what you want to ask and how it can be delivered. The same survey can go out by email, SMS, web link, or phone (IVR) — you build it once and choose where it runs.
Building a survey
Everything you ask lives on the Questions tab of a survey. This page covers question types, organising questions into pages, branching logic, grouping surveys, reusing templates, and theming.
Publishing and badges
Once a survey is built, you publish it to make it live, and you can optionally launch it automatically on your website or expose a public rating badge.
